Ole Jule Lane

Ole Jule Lane is located off James Creek in Mattituck on the North Fork of Long Island. This was a new development project that contracted Jason's Pools for the construction of the gunite pool, patio, outdoor kitchen, front & side staircases, foundation stucco, driveways, and chimney. The 18' x 36' gunite pool has full length stadium steps and is enveloped with a bluestone coping. The swimming pool is fully automated with 4 laminar fountain water features that are paired with LED colored lights that give the pool the feel of a modern resort during the evening. The patio underneath the balcony is comprised of Pennsylvania Blue Stone porcelain pavers. The rustic feel of the property is instilled through the Eldorado mountain ledge stone that veneers the raised pool wall, outdoor kitchen, stoops, foundation, and chimney. The cobblestone edged wishbone driveway invites you with dual aprons also done in cobblestone. Jason's Pools was proud to design and construct a large scale masonry project that compliments the pastoral environment of the North Fork.

18' x 36' Gunite Pool

The 18' x 36' gunite pool has full length stadium steps and is surrounded with a bluestone coping. It is fully automated by Pentair automation with 4 laminar fountain features that are paired with LED colored lights that illuminate the pool in a variety of colors to bring life to the nightscape of the backyard.

The patio that lies in the shade of the balcony consists of 24" x 48" Pennysylvania Bluestone porcelain pavers.

Kitchen

Outdoor kitchens are great for entertaining your guests. This outdoor kitchen is veneered in Eldorado Mountain Ledge Stone. The kitchen consists of a Blaze barbecue grill, stainless steel cabinetry, sink, refrigerator, and garbage disposal.

According to Zillow, homes with outdoor kitchens sell for nearly 30 percent more than expected.

Raised Wall

The 2' above ground exposed pool wall is veneered with Eldorado Mountain Ledge Stone. The 4 Pentair water features make this pool appear as a large elegant fountain from the boats that pass by on the river running parallel to the property.

Stairs and Stucco

The home invites you in with both a front and side stoop with stairs that are topped with bluestone treads and veneered in Eldorado Mountain Ledge Stone. Porcelain bluestone walkways lead to these beautiful steps.

The foundation has a mountain ledge veneer which adds to the curb appeal to this property.
